The most important thing we can do to ensure a healthy immune system is to make sure that microbial seeding occurs during childbirth, and postpartum. This is essential information that should be taught to all of us at school level. I explain why and how to protect this evolutionary event.
I realised that Motherhood is indeed a path. I go further to say it is a deeply spiritual path. I have started contemplating Motherhood as an initiation.
I have been used to weaving the healing in women’s symptoms and dis-eases. Here I was looking at pure physical body mechanics but the teaching was immense.
It is exactly then that she is RISING. And needs to own it.
If she is HURT in this time – it is exactly then that the PRIMAL RAW Mother Rising is going to burn so deep that she claims it !
Or alternatively betrays her inner knowing to the barren power who tells her “Doctor know best.”
No one knows better than a Mother.
I used to say one of the worst parts of a night in the trauma ward was the combination of smells. That mix of blood and alcohol and then urine on top of it is fairly unique. But last night was off the charts and added a far deeper dimension to this matter. When a small very unkempt man lifted his tshirt and jersey and out jumped several fleas! I mean unkempt because his toenails were black and long. His hair was patchy and in tight curls on his head. His clothes torn.
The need for more compassion and awareness in the medical healing world.
